The Rest Memphis offer a powerful way to connect with God through Christian Enrichment every Sunday at 10:00 a.m. Held regularly, these meetings provide a serene atmosphere for individuals to come together, grow and support one another in faith. Our sessions are designed to be inclusive and powerful, where the presence of God can be felt, and the power of biblicial teaching is manifested in our lives and community.

These gatherings are open to all, regardless of where you are on your spiritual journey. Through our Enrichment services, we seek to create a strong, prayerful community that stands together in faith, uplifts each other, and witnesses the transformative power of the word in our lives. Bible Study

Bible Study at The Rest Memphis provide an intimate and engaging way to delve into the Scriptures and understand the word of God more deeply. Open to everyone in our community, we meet every Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. to discuss the Bible, reflect on its teachings, and apply its wisdom to our daily lives. At The Rest Memphis, our Rest Youth Zone believes in nurturing the faith and personal growth of our younger members through engaging and dynamic Youth Programs.
